Money orders can be purchased and sent direct from any Australia Post office. Please make money orders out to "Ortus Pty Ltd". The advantage of money orders is that since you do not have to wait for them to clear, the products can be dispatched as soon as the money order is received. When sending money orders please be sure to include a print out of your order confirmation to ensure that the order is displaced to the correct address. Billing Disputes
You must notify VoIP Solution in writing within 30 days of invoice date if you dispute any VoIP Solution charges on that statement or such dispute will be deemed waived. Billing disputes should be notified to the following address:
